Meal Prep: Quick and Easy Egg Wraps
Here's an easy recipe for those of you who rush our the door every morning with an empty stomach. Stop the groans and skip the drive thru empty calories with this easy egg wrap recipe!
Ingredients
Whole Wheat Wraps (I use smaller 5-6" Wraps)
Eggs (I usually use two per wrap)
Directions
Crack two times as many eggs as you have wraps (I had 6 Wraps -> 12 Eggs)
Beat eggs and add salt (and any veggies or cheese you'd like)
Scramble the eggs
Lay out the wraps on separate pieces of tin foil
Divide out eggs and wrap in tin foil
Throw it in the Freezer
When you are ready to eat, remove from the foil and microwave
For a crispy tortilla shell wrap it back up and throw it in the toaster oven or on the panini press
