As I creep past 30 years of age, I find that I’m unable to rely solely on the small pockets of stretching with my clients and before my own sessions to maintain my flexibility. Being flexible is very important and having a lack of it can alter movement patterns, restrict certain motions , and ultimately lead to a breakdown in the kinetic chain resulting in injuries. Whether your goal is to correct poor posture or improve your flexibility, try the below video a few days a week and let’s see if can reunite your fingers and toes!
