As I creep past 30 years of age, I find that I’m unable to rely solely on the small pockets of stretching with my clients and before my own sessions to maintain my flexibility. Being flexible is very important and having a lack of it can alter movement patterns, restrict certain motions , and ultimately lead to a breakdown in the kinetic chain resulting in injuries.
